A flexible job with regular clients
We know reliable, steady work matters. At Gumnut Cleaning, our subscription-based model means regular clients, consistent hours, and the flexibility to suit your lifestyle. Choose shifts that work for you, including school-friendly hours. Work mornings while the kids are at school, pick up extra shifts for more income, or keep certain days free—we’ll work with you. Our main hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 2.30pm, with options for work outside these hours, including weekends if that suits you.

We believe everyone deserves the chance to succeed. That’s why we provide full, hands-on training to ensure you feel confident from day one. You’ll start with step-by-step guidance, learning alongside experienced team members who support you every step of the way. No prior cleaning experience? No worries – you’ll get paid while building your skills, with clear instructions and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Our clients are based throughout the Lower North Shore, including Mosman, Neutral Bay, Cremorne and Manly – so you can spend less time commuting and more time doing what matters. Our long-term clients trust us for quality and consistency, so we need team members who are trustworthy, punctual, and committed to high standards. You’ll be working in homes, so being friendly, respectful, and approachable is important.
